General Information

Check-In

We will have check-in in Hepner Hall 211 from 8:30 - 9:00 AM on Saturday, April 20, 2019.  At that time, we will give you your name-tag and conference program.  

Presentation Details

The rooms provided for the conference will include computers and projectors as well as internet access.  If you would like to use a PowerPoint presentation for your panel, please feel free to do so.

Each panel, with the exception of the final panel, is scheduled for 90 minutes.  Each presenter will have 20 minutes to present and 30 minutes for a Q&A after.  Each panel will be moderated by a student.

Parking

Visitors may only park in areas that have a "P" or "S" symbol and must purchase a permit ahead of time through the Aztec Parking Portal, or the day of by PayByPhone or from a pay machine.  We recommend that you park at Lot 12 (Pay Machine on Level 8)
