This conference is hosted by the Sociology Graduate Student Committee (SGSC), a student organization at San Diego State University.  Our organization is comprised of graduate students from SDSU's Department of Sociology and we are committed to expanding and engaging in academic discourse regarding social life. 

 

In previous years, SGSC has been funded to host Research Symposiums bringing together academics to discuss research about society and sociology.  Just last year, SGSC hosted our very first graduate student conference.  This year, SGSC has decided to coordinate our second annual conference.
