presentation details. 

we have rooms that offer use of computers and projectors - if you'd like to prepare a powerpoint, feel free to do so. also, we have scheduled 90 minutes for each panel: 20 minutes per presenter and 30 minutes for q&a. the use of this time is up to the panel members.

parking.

a one-day parking permit at san diego state costs $10 and can be purchased at one of the pay machines located in parking structures p3, p6b, p7, p8, p10 and p12. when the permit has been purchased, visitors may park in spots labeled with a ‘p’ or ‘s’. the conference takes place on a saturday, so parking should be relatively easy. we recommend that you park in p12 for convenience (see attached map).
